Established in 2019 by Iain Watton, we offer bespoke services including new builds, refurbishments or commercial projects. Iain honed his skills initially as a carpenter before building his career over 20+ years into all aspects of the construction industry. Iain now proudly leads a skilled team covering all the trades so that we can provide customers with the complete package, therefore streamlining the process of complicated construction projects. We will work with you from the initial site visit, offering full project management, through to completion and handover. We work closely with qualified Quantity Surveyors and Architects to ensure everything is take care of from start to finish.
New Builds
Designing and building a home from scratch can be a frustrating, time-consuming and complex process. Together, we can make the project run smoothly from start to finish, keeping pitfalls and pressure to a minimum.
Refurbishments & Extensions
Remodelling your home needs to be done with plenty of thought and care right from the design stage through to completion. We aim to help guide our clients through the process and offer advice on the most practical and cost-effective build processes without compromising the end result.
Small Developments
Building more than one property on one plot makes for a very efficient build process, as well as being cost-effective by sharing logistical costs such ground works, crane hire and concrete pumps.
Commercial
We create workspaces that enhance the environment and provide optimal working conditions, enabling employees to perform at their best.

Meet the Team
Our team is highly-skilled, brings a wealth of experience and are specialists in their trades.
Iain is the Founder and boss but leads by example as he is skilled across multiple construction trades, specialising in carpentry with over 20 years experience.
Alice is the Operations Director and makes sure that everything behind-the-scenes works seamlessly, so the team on the ground can make the magic happen.
Clive brings over 20 years experience and is multi-talented but specialises in bricklaying, plastering and tiling.
Dec is our skilled stone mason and labour with over 20 years experience.
Chris has over 20 years experience as a carpenter and foreman.
Hannah is a hard-working labourer.
Callum completes the team as a skilled carpenter.
