Excavation and underpinning into the hill underneath the original house to create more space on the ground floor. Gable end was rebuilt to achieve overhanging roof over a new balcony. New internal layout to create an open plan living space plus new lighting throughout out. Brand new kitchens and bathrooms, and a new oak stair case. Outside, the driveway was raised to create new car port.
